Funded research applications to the New National Excellence Program

The Review Panel of the New National Excellence Program of the Ministry of Human Capacities have funded the research project applications of Dr. Réka Tóth, PhD student, and Péter Kozák undergraduate medical student. Their project supervisor is Dr. Ákos Menyhárt. The research forms an integral part of the activity of the HCEMM-USZ Cerebral Blood Flow and Metabolism Research Group.

HCEMM research group

The Department hosts the newly formed HCEMM-USZ Cerebral Blood Flow and Metabolism Research Group led by Dr. Eszter Farkas, in addition to the HCEMM-USZ StemCell Research Group led by Prof. András Dinnyés.

New head of Department

The Rector of the University has appointed Dr. Eszter Farkas as the Head of the Department from July 1, 2021.
